📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement or exchange.

  • Approved refunds (only in rare cases) will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Replacement/exchange products will be delivered within 5–7 business days after approval.
